March 1, 2019 Snelson-Golden Middle School I had an opportunity to sit down and review the video with Ms. Cobb and we have concluded that I will have to redo the video, it was a good way to critique some the things that I need to work on to make my presentation better. We started planning again and looking at other assignments that I need to begin. We are looking at online professional development and coming up with ideas that I can use. 12:30-3:30

February 27, 2019 Snelson-Golden Middle School Today I completed my face to face staff development and I was happy with the participation and questions from my colleagues. I think they found new tools to use and hopefully they will begin MobyMax more often to remediate students. 12:45-3:45

Snelson-Golden Middle School February 26, 2019 Today I collaborated with Ms. Cobb the media specialist, and Mrs. Cook the academic specialist, to put the final touches on my face to face staff development on MobyMax. I had a few key points to hit on with the meeting such as sharing students, creating lessons, and using data for RTI's and IEP's. 12:35-3:35

Snelson-Golden Middle School February 19, 2019 I had an opportunity to talk to one of the instructional technology instructor from the board of education. We talked about collaborating on Nearpod and providing an online professional development for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teachers. I sat with Ms. Cobb and continued to work on my face to face staff development on MobyMax for the 6th grade teachers. 12:38-2:38

February 15, 2019 Snelson-Golden Middle School Today I checked books back in the media center using Destiny. Destiny is the cataloging system for Liberty County. The Dashboard is tabbed with different functions such as check-in, check-out, check-out items for technology, holds for books, fines, copy status, and item status for technology. The students will only see the catalog to look up books based on the author, title, or keyword. Patron status to look up students and offline circulation just in case Destiny goes down students can still check-out books. Destiny Quest and Destiny Discover are also available and provide E-books and audiobooks for the students to check out. 12:30-3:30

February 11, 2019 Snelson Golden Middle School I met Ms. Cobb today and she gave me a tour of the computer lab, Z Space lab, and talked to me about the responsibilities of the media specialist and technology. We sat down together and planned for my face to face staff development and possibly interviewing an instructional technologist at the board. 2:15-3:45
